About us
Glades Easthill South is one of the residential communities nestled around the Glades Golf Course in Robina. Easthill South is on the Robina Town Centre side of the golf course, next door to Glasswing and Easthill North, just off Exit 82 of the M1 Motorway.
Easthill South bares the distinction of being a "double-gated" community; that is, a gated community within the Glades Easthill gated precinct.
The residential estate is pet and family friendly. In fact, it is the sort of place where people know their neighbours, and the locals take walks with their dog and always say "hello". Residents are aged from early 30's to around 80, with children aged from toddlers to late teenagers.
It comprises 106 individual residences which are one or two stories in height, with some duplex pairs of buildings set in a very well maintained complex. All buildings are brick veneer with colorbond roofing and were constructed between 2002 and 2004.
The swimming pool, spa pool, and conference centre with its own Gymnasium fitted out with all the latest equipment and a sauna room are all first class facilities available to all residents and their quests. Four outdoor BBQ's situated on the balcony are available for residents to use and enjoy with their quests.
