Body Corporate Information

Pool, Sauna & Gym hours
The recreation facilities may be used by residents and their guests between 6 am and 9 pm.
A Remote Access Controller or a fob is needed to open the pool gates and gym, however a fob isn't required for sauna access. Pool, sauna and gym conditions of use may vary due to changes to COVID-19 policy.
Children under 16 must be supervised; no animals are permitted in the recreation areas. No glassware is permitted by the pool.

Council Street Collections
General Rubbish (Green Lid Bin) every Thursday morning between 6:00 and 7:00 AM
Recyclable Rubbish (Yellow Lid Bin) every SECOND Thursday between 12:20 PM and 2:00 PM
Leave the bin(s) on the footpath up to 1 metre from the gutter, facing the street about half metre apart.
